How much should I give my dog?
We give our adult dogs one half teaspoon of the Sealogix (liquid) daily. I find that it is very easy to give it to them by using a syringe to squirt it into the back of their mouth. I use a syringe because I want to make sure that they get the entire dose however, you can put it on their food. The syringe that we use is found in most grocery stores and/or drug stores in the baby section. One half teaspoon is usually marked on the side of the syringe. Please note that one half of a teaspoon is equal to 2.5cc or 2.5ml --- it is also common to see syringes that use cc's or ml's. If that is the case then you know the measurement should read 2.5cc or 2.5ml. The bottle of Sealogix contains 8 ounces which is 240cc, so a bottle goes a long way. For example if you have one medium to large dog, a bottle will last for over three months (96 doses). We also give Sealogix to our Pug and two Balinese cats.
